Cancellation fees

・Change in quantity of ingredients for the canteen and the outdoor cooking, reduction of 20 or more meal per meal is subject to cancellation fee. For bento box, reduction of one meal per meal is subject to cancellation fee.
・Cancellation fees apply to any reduction in the duration of stay or changes to a different date made after the cancellation deadline.
・Cancellations due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, for which the user is not responsible, are exempt from cancellation fees.
